With COVID-19 forecasts looking less-than-optimistic, our festival faced an unprecedented issue.
After lengthy discussion, our team has come to an agreement that there can be no greater issue than the well-being of our patrons, artists, staff and volunteers.
This wasn’t an easy decision to make, but we have chosen not to continue with hosting Bigfoot Electro this year. Because of the uncertainty in the timeline of the pandemic, we have chosen to postpone through this festival season.
In order to avoid making bad assumptions and coming to poor conclusions, we’ve decided that it will be best to postpone the inaugural celebration until Memorial Day Weekend 2021 starting on May 20 and ending on May 23.
1. In order to make sure you still get the opportunity to take in the experience, all 2020 tickets will remain valid for 2021 admission when we host next year’s Bigfoot Electro happening Memorial Day Weekend (May 28-31, 2021). This lets our GA and VIP ticket holders avoid having to pay the higher price once GA and VIP tickets will inevitably go on sale.
2. We also want to extend 50% off the second annual event (set to follow in 2022) by offering all of our GA and VIP ticket holders half-off admission (good for up to 3 tickets per person).
3. Lastly, all ticket holders will receive a collector’s item gift in the mail as a small token of our appreciation for your continued patience & early support.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
Patrons will be receiving new tickets in their email shortly. Please allow 48 hours for us to reply as we are experiencing an unusually high volume of inquiries right now.
Thank you for your patronage and understanding in these trying times. We wish we could party with you this year but cheers to next year and a healthy future for all.
